Our Crystal Bracelet Mending service is for crystal bracelets that have stretched, broken, or are ready for renewal. This service is available for bracelets purchased from us or from elsewhere, as long as they are made with elastic cord. When filling in the form, please upload a clear photo of your bracelet and the area that needs mending. During the consultation, we will talk through what needs to be repaired and discuss the price before the bracelet is sent to us. The final cost will depend on the work required, including whether any crystal beads need replacing or whether you would like the bracelet redesigned. Each bracelet is carefully restrung using strong, durable elastic so it can continue to be worn and enjoyed. Before being returned, your bracelet is gently cleansed and thoughtfully prepared with care. If any beads need replacing or design changes are requested, we will confirm this with you before proceeding. This service is ideal for well-loved crystal bracelets that have been worn daily, broken over time, or simply need refreshing. Available throughout New Zealand.
