1) Choose your crystal or your intention
Shop by intention, browse the full collection, or start with Find Your Crystal if you want guidance without the overwhelm.
2) We select and source your piece
Many items are sourced after purchase. This allows us to choose with care rather than pulling from bulk stock. It also means some orders take a little longer, and that’s part of the process.
3) Cleansing and preparation
Your crystal is cleansed and gently prepared before it’s packed. This is where your piece is set up to arrive feeling clear, calm, and ready to work with.
4) Packed with care and shipped NZ-wide
Your order is packed mindfully and sent with care. We’ll share tracking details when available.

If your item is being sourced after purchase, please allow a little extra time so we can select it with intention.

Are the photos of the exact crystal I will receive?
If a product is listed as one of a kind, you’ll receive that exact piece.
If it’s a type listing (for example, a tumbled stone or bracelet style),
your piece will be very similar, but may vary naturally in shade and pattern.
Why do some items take longer to dispatch?
Because many pieces are sourced after purchase. This lets us choose your crystal with care rather than selling through bulk stock. It’s slower, but more intentional.
Do you ship across New Zealand?
Yes — we ship NZ-wide from Auckland.
Can I request a specific stone, size, or intention?
Yes. If you have something specific in mind, you can get in touch and we’ll tell you what’s possible. You can request crystal type, form (tumbled, point, cluster), size preference, or the intention you want support with.
How do I cleanse my crystal when it arrives?
Your crystal arrives cleansed and prepared. If you’d like to refresh it over time, simple options include smoke cleansing, sound, breathwork, or moonlight. If you’re unsure what’s best for your stone, message us and we’ll guide you.
What if I change my mind or there’s an issue?
