Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Many of our pieces are sourced after purchase. This allows us to work consciously with suppliers, reduce unnecessary waste, and ensure each crystal is intuitively chosen, cleansed, and prepared with intention before coming home to you.

Because of this mindful sourcing process, some orders may take slightly longer to dispatch. Any extended timeframes will be communicated clearly.

Shipping Locations

Crystals for Wellbeing currently ships within New Zealand.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Urban addresses: 2–5 business days

  • Rural addresses: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Crystals for Wellbeing is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in lodging a courier enquiry where appropriate.

Crystals for Wellbeing is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will do our best to support you.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and item. We will assess the situation in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Authority to Leave

If you select or agree to an “authority to leave” option, Crystals for Wellbeing is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered.
