Whether your bracelet was purchased from us or elsewhere, we carefully restring the crystals on strong, durable elastic so the piece can continue supporting you.
Each bracelet is gently cleansed and thoughtfully prepared before being returned. If any crystal beads need replacing, we will contact you before proceeding.
