Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy is designed to comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

Your Rights Under NZ Consumer Law

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you, as the consumer, are entitled to a remedy if a product is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Not of acceptable quality

  • Not as described

  • Not fit for its intended purpose

These rights apply regardless of any store policy and cannot be excluded.

Change of Mind

Crystals for Wellbeing does not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

This includes situations such as:

  • You no longer want the item

  • The item does not meet personal expectations

  • You chose the wrong item

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following remedies in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

If the issue is considered minor, we may choose to replace the item or provide a refund.

If the issue is considered major, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Due to the nature of natural crystal products, repairs are not possible.

Natural Variations in Crystals

Crystals and natural stones are naturally occurring materials and may vary in colour, shape, size, surface markings, and inclusions.

These natural variations are not considered faults and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Product images are representative only.

Custom & Personalised Items

Custom-sourced, personalised, or consultation-based items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or do not meet Consumer Guarantees Act requirements.

This includes:

  • Intuitively selected crystals

  • Custom bracelet consultations

  • Specific stone requests

Returns Process

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to notify us of the issue.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, where applicable

We will review your request and advise on the next steps in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where a return is required, items must be returned:

  • In original condition, where reasonably possible

  • Within a reasonable timeframe after approval

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • If a return is approved for other reasons (where applicable), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once the item is received or the issue is resolved.
